Nureva announced the integration of Span Workspace with Jira Software.
Developed by Atlassian, Jira Software is a platform for managing agile software development. This integration provides a simple way to quickly create notes in a Span canvas and send them to Jira as stories, bugs and epics. This saves time and accelerates the product discovery and concept stages of the agile process by eliminating the need to transcribe sticky notes and then add them to Jira.
The flexibility of Span Workspace and its cloud-based canvas are ideally suited to visualizing workflows as agile teams collaborate in capturing new ideas, creating new action items and planning upcoming work. The simplicity and visual nature of Span Workspace make it easy to adopt within an existing agile process without the need for complex user training. The Span Workspace user base continues to grow within the lean and agile market segments, and the integration of Jira is the first of more Span Workspace integrations that will streamline and enhance core collaborative processes.
The Jira integration will launch as a beta preview in February 2019 at no additional cost to Span Workspace subscribers, with general availability in Q2.
