Brian Johnson, SVP, Cloud Security, at Rapid7, has joined the DEVOPSdigest Vendor Forum.

Johnson leads the charge accelerating cloud security innovation for Rapid7. Prior to joining Rapid7, he was the CEO and co-founder of DivvyCloud, driving the vision for the next generation of cloud automation and helping organizations manage the continuous shift of cloud infrastructure. His interest in everything from programming to Linux administration led him to become the Director of Online Operations at Electronic Arts for the Mythic Studio. He is a seven year veteran of the online gaming industry, where he developed, managed, and operated some of Electronic Art’s largest online games. During that time Johnson managed one of the first migrations of a major MMO to Amazon cloud and broke new ground in hybrid cloud deployment. His career also involved spending time involved in the “dark side” of security research. He is a deeply committed technologist who enjoys exploring the future of software defined infrastructure and sharing his insights from the front lines

Rapid7 is advancing security with visibility, analytics, and automation delivered through our Insight cloud.
