InfluxData announced that InfluxCloud, its Time Series Platform, is now available on the IBM Cloud, enabling companies to easily integrate high-performance cloud infrastructure and cutting-edge development services, such as monitoring and real-time alerting, into their IT environments.

“Modern IT architecture has to evolve to deal with the proliferation of metrics and events and other time series data generated by sensors, microservices, and containers,” said Brian Mullen, VP of Business Development, InfluxData. “IBM Cloud customers can now leverage the InfluxData platform in their solutions, providing real value in real-time.”

Now IBM Cloud platform customers can use InfluxData to build:

- Monitoring, alerting and notification applications supporting their DevOps initiatives

- IoT applications supporting millions of events per second, providing new business value around predictive maintenance and real-time alerting and control

- Real-time analytics applications that are focused on streaming data and anomaly detection

Developers can get started with InfluxCloud directly from the IBM Cloud console, easing implementation of monitoring on any application or services created within the console.
