Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. has been recognized as a Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Email Security Platforms (ESP).
Copado is extending its global reach with the opening of a new office in Melbourne, Australia to serve the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
As Salesforce continues to expand in Australia, the regional demand for DevOps solutions that break down the silos that grow within delivery teams has increased. This office opening supports Copado's mission to enable companies to achieve faster velocity, higher quality and improved trust with a data-driven DevOps approach to Salesforce projects.
Copado has also entered a partnership with 8squad, the company's preferred implementation partner and reseller for Australia and New Zealand. With more than a decade of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, 8squad is one of the most innovative regional SIs who uses DevOps principles to design and build the next generation on digital transformation projects on the Salesforce platform for both large enterprise and boutique deployments.
The company has also announced a strategic investment and partnership with ClickDeploy. Headquartered in Sydney, ClickDeploy is a fast growing provider of Salesforce release management and DevOps solutions that serve thousands of users and hundreds of Salesforce customers with delivery teams of less than 10 users. ClickDeploy's simple and secure DevOps solution, instant deployment and freemium offering allows every Salesforce customer to use DevOps to optimize their deployment. Together, these partnerships will enable Copado to quickly scale in the APAC region and help customers quickly implement a more disciplined Salesforce delivery process based on DevOps best practices.
Australia native Simon Bishop was named General Manager for Australia/New Zealand and as leader of the new office will be responsible for driving success in the region. Bishop has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2012 and has led Australian and APAC efforts for companies such as JobScience and Vincere.io.
"The growth in the Asia-Pacific region is phenomenal and we are excited to be able to expand our support in that region not only with a new physical office but with two strategic partnerships that will enable our customers to maximize their Salesforce implementations," said Bishop. "As DevOps spreads across the Salesforce ecosystem, its important to provide world class solutions to every customer regardless of size, location, and complexity. The need for DevOps best practices is real and even critical to the vast majority of Salesforce customers. Copado is able to help customers successfully deliver projects on time and on budget with a combination of tools, methodology and training. Basing our APAC operations in Australia will enable us to better serve our clients, continue our overall growth trajectory and develop our strategic commitment to the APAC region."
Additionally, Sabine Gillert was named GM of Copado in India. In December, Copado launched its Salesforce DevOps certification program and opened a new office in Bangalore to support in-demand skills for the fourth industrial revolution. The company expects to train 20,000 people in 2020 and, together with India, the new Australia office will support that goal, enabling professionals to build the needed DevOps skills for the Salesforce platform. The new offices will also enable Copado to provide in-person access and 24-hour support to APAC customers.
