She has more than 17 years of experience in systems management, universal clients, virtualization and cloud computing, implementing solutions for millions of users across Fortune 2000 companies for enterprises and independent software vendors. She has won numerous awards for her work in the areas of business service management (BSM), software as a service (SaaS), dynamic data center and virtualization, and is a contributing author and coauthor of books on BSM, virtualization and cloud computing.
Morain is best known for her customer/partner-centric approach to research and solutions. She is a noted industry speaker at VMworld, Interop, CloudSlam, IAITAM, user conferences and SoftSummit.
