CA Automic Named Workload Automation "Value Leader" by EMA
January 04, 2018

CA Automic has been recognized as a “Value Leader” by Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), a top IT and data management research and consulting firm.

CA Automic received a rating of “outstanding” or “strong” in 46 key categories in EMA’s Radar for Workload Automation (WLA) report.

“We are thrilled to receive EMA’s validation in its latest Workload Automation report,” said Chris Boorman, Head of Marketing of CA Automic. “It is also an immense honor to be recognized as the Best Cloud-Native Automation Platform. These awards are a strong testament to the continuing innovation from CA Technologies, particularly in the Business Automation space, where we have a number of market leading solutions. In fact, the recent release of the new CA Automic One Automation Platform further exemplifies our leadership in this ever-growing and evolving market.”

Hybrid cloud, DevOps, Big Data and digital transformation are driving a need for improved workload automation. Today’s workloads require more sophistication, as higher volumes of data are collected from a greater variety of sources, and their success or failure directly affects both business users and customers. CA Automic empowers enterprises to address this challenge by providing scalable, clustered architecture ensuring unlimited capacity. “By managing and abstracting the complex interdependencies that increasingly exist in modern data centers, CA Automic Workload Automation consolidates and simplifies IT administration,” the report said.

The technology automates IT processes traditionally requiring multiple areas or disciplines of automation from a centralized automation engine. “This functionality reduces integration and interface costs by avoiding the usual issues that occur when multiple tools must be used to automate one process,” adds the report.
