Before that he was President of MontaVista Software, breaking into non-traditional Linux markets such as automotive infotainment systems and aerospace controls. Landro has led sales and services organizations in the Asia Pacific/Japan territory with Documentum, Cadence, and General DataComm, living in the region for over 12 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and also served 5 years of Active Duty in the US Air Force and 22 years in the Air Force Reserves, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
