Automic Enables Continuous Delivery within Oracle Fusion
July 13, 2016

Automic announced the availability of new capabilities to enable Continuous Delivery within the Oracle Service Bus, enabling customers to rapidly deploy upgrades and new releases to the Oracle Service Bus.

Digital transformation demands agility and speed across all applications within an enterprise. Core applications, such as those built on Oracle Fusion, must become part of the continuous delivery pipeline to achieve this goal. In response to customer demand, Automic has enhanced its Release Automation product with a new action pack for Oracle Service Bus that delivers the speed and agility required within Oracle Fusion applications.

The New Automic Action Pack for the Oracle Service Bus enables users to:

- Standardize the efforts of developers, QA engineers and system administrators to deploy, test and run applications by including Oracle Fusion services as part of deployment pipelines or pre-approved, self-help run-books.

- Accomplish tasks such as starting, stopping, activating and deploying Oracle Fusion applications.

The Automic action pack for Oracle Service Bus is available now from the Automic Marketplace and is free for Automic Release Automation customers.

“In today’s on-demand, digital world, customers expect instantaneous improvement and demand zero downtime,” said Chris Boorman, CMO of Automic Software. “With today’s announcement, Automic is paving the way toward digital transformation for enterprises by enabling Oracle Fusion applications to be part of a continuous delivery pipeline and deployment automation practice. Enterprises can now drive agility and speed for upgrades of core business applications, while enhancing the stability and compliance for releases of front-office digital applications.”
