StackGen has partnered with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to bring its platform to the Google Cloud Marketplace.
webAI and MacStadium(link is external) announced a strategic partnership that will revolutionize the deployment of large-scale artificial intelligence models using Apple's cutting-edge silicon technology.
This collaboration marks a significant advancement in AI infrastructure, combining webAI's interconnected intelligence approach with MacStadium's industry-leading macOS cloud infrastructure.
Key Benefits of the Partnership:
- Massive Concurrency: webAI's support for 20,000+ concurrent API requests per minute combined with MacStadium's Apple infrastructure creates unprecedented possibilities for AI deployment at scale.
- Enterprise-Ready Security: MacStadium's proven secure cloud platform infrastructure designed for business-critical applications combined with webAI's private enterprise AI platform.
- Remarkable Efficiency: Up to 30% reduction in model size with minimal accuracy loss.
Transforming AI Deployment with Apple Silicon
The partnership will enable the hosting and operation of the world's largest AI models on Apple silicon for the first time, providing unprecedented computational efficiency and performance. By leveraging MacStadium's specialized cloud infrastructure alongside webAI's innovative approach to model interconnection, organizations can now access a powerful new platform for AI development and deployment.
"At webAI, we've reimagined what AI can be. Not isolated systems, but a network of models that communicate and enhance each other," said David Stout, CEO at webAI. "With MacStadium's Apple silicon infrastructure, we're not just theorizing about interconnected intelligence—we're running it in production today, solving problems that single models simply can't touch."
Enterprise-Grade AI Infrastructure
MacStadium, recognized as a leading provider of software-enabled infrastructure solutions specifically designed for macOS, brings its expertise in delivering scalable and secure enterprise AI cloud services to the partnership.
"This collaboration with webAI represents a significant milestone in the evolution of AI for the enterprise," said Ken Tacelli, CEO at MacStadium. "By combining our macOS cloud expertise with webAI's interconnected model approach, we're creating a platform that will fundamentally change how organizations develop and deploy advanced AI systems on Apple silicon."
Revolutionary Technology and Scale
The partnership leverages webAI's webFrame technology, an advanced network for distributing large models across connected devices while maintaining data privacy and information security through an end-to-end private AI platform. webFrame applies dynamic optimizations enabling efficient operation of models like Deepseek, LLama, Qwen, Nemotron and more.
Tests have demonstrated up to a 30% reduction in model size while retaining over 99% accuracy, making it possible to run advanced AI on devices as modest as a MacBook Air.
This capability is powered by Entropy-Weighted Quantization (EWQ), a novel method that intelligently reduces model size by analyzing entropy distribution and selectively quantizing transformer blocks—maintaining high performance while significantly lowering memory requirements. To learn more about EWQ, read the recent research paper here(link is external).
Additionally, webAI has enhanced its API layer to support over 20,000+ concurrent requests per minute, meaning even a single laptop can serve multiple users with near real-time responses. When combined with MacStadium's Apple infrastructure, this creates unprecedented possibilities for AI deployment at scale.
The joint solution will be available to enterprise customers beginning today.
