Progress announced new powerful capabilities and enhancements in the latest release of Progress® Sitefinity®.
RiverSafe launched a new DevOps practice and DevOps Maturity Tool to bolster security in the software delivery lifecycle and, mitigate against the exploitation of cyber security threats.
The new DevOps offering enables businesses to develop and adapt critical software and operations to bring services to market quicker while putting security at the heart of every process, with the goal of promoting innovation and agility.
As part of the launch, RiverSafe has introduced its DevOps Maturity Tool, providing organizations with a comprehensive assessment framework, allowing them to evaluate their DevOps capabilities and identify areas for improvement. The tool will set actionable insights and recommendations to help businesses align with industry best practices.

To lead the practice, RiverSafe has appointed industry veterans Vitali Pozniak, previously of AVEVA, and Patrick Morris, previously of Credit Suisse, to head up the technical strategy and delivery team, spearheading the expansion of its DevOps services.
The consultancy arm of the DevOps practice will support the development of infrastructure as code, cloud engineering, continuous testing, monitoring and observability, and continuous delivery among other core services.
