Prior to joining Rocket, he was SVP at Carbonite, where he led two lines of business as well as corporate development and strategic partnerships. In the past, he was VP of Strategy, Technology, and Business Development for Avaya Client Services, and a range of positions at IBM. Keeping a strong eye on the product strategy, the needs of the users and the dynamics of the technology industry, Wey has driven innovation and acquisition strategy throughout his career. With experience leading global teams of engineers, product management and go-to-market efforts, he brings a passion for aligning organizations towards the goal of delighting customers and delivering exceptional business results. He is from Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
