November 15, 2016

IT Revolution announced the dates and locations for the 2017 DevOps Enterprise Summit (DOES17) events in London and San Francisco.

The London event will take place June 5–6, 2017 at the Queen Elizabeth II Center and the San Francisco event will be returning Nov. 13–15, 2017 to the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.

The DevOps Enterprise Summit is the premier industry conference for leaders of large, complex organizations implementing DevOps principles and practices around the world. The event features presentations from leading global brands that leverage DevOps to thrive within an increasingly software-driven economy.

"We are incredibly excited to help create the community where technology leaders share their experiences and learn from each other," said Gene Kim, founder of IT Revolution and co-author of The Phoenix Project and The DevOps Handbook. "I'm proud that the DevOps Enterprise Summit is being talked about as the place where you see inspiring stories of transformation and leadership in large, complex organizations. It's a genuine privilege to chronicle the journeys of these pioneers."

The DevOps Enterprise Summit (DOES) event emphasizes the evolving technical and architectural practices, and the methods needed to lead widespread change efforts in large organizations. The goal is to give leaders the tools and practices they need to develop and deliver software faster, and to win in the marketplace. DevOps Enterprise provides keynotes, panels, breakouts, workshops and an expo hall. Sessions are led by leaders who are pioneering these practices in large and complex organizations across a wide range of industries. The keynotes feature industry luminaries, as well as speakers from well-known companies who share the learnings from their enterprise DevOps initiatives.
