CloudBees announced the appointment of Anthony Palladino as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations.
Palladino has more than 20 years of experience in sales management roles at technology companies such as BladeLogic, Hewlett Packard and BMC Software. Most recently, Palladino was VP, Americas, at Splunk.
Palladino joins CloudBees to extend the company’s field execution, accelerate growth and ensure high value delivery for customers. With well over 100,000 active Jenkins installations today, Palladino will lead the sales teams in extending the CloudBees Jenkins Platform to new customers, verticals and geographies.
Palladino’s proven track record to drive business transformation and growth while building experienced, high-performing, results-driven teams matches CloudBees’ accelerated growth path in the enterprise Jenkins and DevOps market. During his five years at Splunk, he led a sales team that produced results of over 50 percent year-over-year growth and achieved 93 percent customer retention. Palladino was an instrumental part of the company’s $230 million IPO, drove strong, consistent growth throughout his tenure and successfully partnered with customers to drive expansion of usage and help them achieve exceptional ROI.
