OutSystems announced the general availability (GA) of Mentor on OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
CloudBees has received certification of its CloudBees Integration from ServiceNow, and the CloudBees Integration is available in the ServiceNow Store.
CloudBees is a ServiceNow Technology Partner.
Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the ServiceNow Store and signifies that the CloudBees Integration has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of the CloudBees Integration with ServiceNow.
The certified solution integrates CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise with ServiceNow Change, Release and Incident Management applications to enable enterprises greater visibility into the software delivery process.
With the CloudBees Integration, software change requests can automatically be created and tracked in ServiceNow. This reduces the overhead of managing volumes of software changes for large IT organizations with many teams, projects and environments. Organizations gain visibility into the extent of their software changes and the impact on their IT systems. When issues occur, DevOps teams can quickly determine root cause from the complete history of software changes. Incident tickets can immediately be created and automatically assigned for faster resolution.
As a certified solution, the CloudBees Integration brings together two companies known for high-quality products, innovative features and expert support. Certification by both ServiceNow and CloudBees means that the solution has successfully completed rigorous testing focused on interoperability, security and performance.
“Today, DevOps teams are under more pressure than ever to meet business demands to accelerate software delivery and to deliver with fewer flaws,” said François Déchery, Chief Strategy Officer, CloudBees. “This Now -certified integration gives organizations the visibility they need to not only understand the impact of their software changes but to resolve issues quickly.”
The ServiceNow Store is the exclusive source for Now® Certified apps from ISV Technology Partners that complement and extend ServiceNow and accelerate time to value for customers.
