Atlassian Files Registration Statement for Proposed IPO

Atlassian has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A ordinary shares.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not been determined. Atlassian intends to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "TEAM." Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will act as lead joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Allen & Company LLC, UBS Securities LLC and Jefferies LLC are acting as additional book-running managers for the proposed offering, and Canaccord Genuity Inc., JMP Securities LLC, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. are acting as co-managers.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
